Salon de Deixis: "What We Consume"

$20.00
sold out

Salon de Deixis, our weekly meeting will take place this Tuesday, February 24th from 7-8 PM iA. We will be joined by our featured guest Santiago Andujo, speaking on the topic of "What We Consume".

Santiago Andujo is a chef and cook based in San Diego, with work ranging from food trucks, plant-based cafes, michelin star kitchens, event catering, and cookbook development for nearly a decade. His work centers on health-intentional offerings that feel comforting and explorative. What began as a personal need to nourish himself has become a practice of helping others do the same.

On Tuesday, we'll be discussing our relationship with food: how we were raised around it, what we've inherited, and what we can choose now. We'll talk about the kitchen as a place of care, cooking without fear, causes of inflammation, and how the money we spend is an act of freedom. Santiago will walk us through the noise of modern health culture and offer clarity on how to eat well, live longer, and take care of ourselves with intention.

The evening will open with a 48 hour bone broth infused with asian spices, and close with a farewell cookie made with almond flour, lion's mane, maca root, dark chocolate, pecan, and miso.

$20 per ticket. Limited capacity. Please join us.
